Some people out there are smart enough to make housing market predictions that actually come true. Dr. Lawrence Yun, chief economist for NAR, is one of those people.

And the prediction that he made that came true is...?
Well, not all of Dr. Yun's predictions have come true (Yet). One prediction that will be proven ture next year is that there will not be any significant price declines. Had all of the gloom and doomers been correct, prices would be down 15% + right now. Instead, they are still very close to peak bubble prices.
Peak bubble prices were two years ago.
If price stayed the same then they are down about 3 percent per year.
And I guess the answer is the first post is "none".
