A couple of throw rugs, some pillows and BLAM!, you got yourself a buyer.
Now if only the buyer could get a loan...
According to statistics, staged homes sell for more money than vacant homes. They also take less time to sell. Staging is the way to go!
Yea, sure.
Some knick-knanks will make an over priced home look REAL appealing.
What statistics? You can only compare staged condos or townhouses. You have the stats?
Putting rugs on top of stained floors and hanging pictures over cracked walls can never hurt your property value.
Don't you watch HGTV, a.k.a Home Staging Central?
